Thanks for submitting the pre-enrollment form published on the pre-enrollment page of Chess Projects's website.

Below you will find the set of paper modules necessary to complete your child's enrollment to the campus.

Please note: all the documents are in Italian language. Should you have any problem in compiling them please contact Chess Projects for assistance.

Please read carefully and sign where indicated, as acceptance and confirmation of the mentioned partcipant to the campus.

In case more participants must be registered, please fill in one set of forms for each of them.
